Final Polish

For students who have already written a draft, I can help with revision and meeting word counts.Includes:
* written comments on one draft
* 60 minute revision meeting
* one follow-up written review after revisionPrice: $225

Hourly Add On

About Me

I’m a published children’s and young adult author, educator, and writing coach with an M.Ed. from Northwestern University. I’ve helped students develop college essays that are specific, thoughtful, and genuinely their own.As both a writer and teacher, I love helping students find the story beneath the surface, shape their ideas clearly, revise with purpose, and polish their work without losing their voice. I especially love seeing students excited with their results.My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I know how to get students past their blocks. I help them discover what they want to say and say it well.The goal is an essay that sounds like each student at their best: reflective, vivid, and real.
